 Personality Types of the Zodiac

There are 12 Astrology Personality Types that correspond with the twelve sun signs of the Zodiac namely Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces.

Aries, Leo and Sagittarius from the Fire element are said to share similar traits of fiery passion and enthusiasm. Whereas, the Earth element’s Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn are known to be practically natured and down to earth. Gemini, Libra and Aquarius from the element of Air are classed together as intelligent and articulate and Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces from the Water element are said to be emotional and sensitive.

Of course, classifying the entire population of the world into just 12 main categories of personality and character, based on their time and date of birth, can never give a truly accurate reading and understanding. But it is a broad starting point and a good indicator of character and nature.
