• Pinch of natural salt (optional)
• White cloth or tissue for a quick wipe (optional)
• Your front door mat and threshold

Step-by-Step (Takes 1–2 Minutes)

1. Stand at your open front door, facing out. Take one slow breath. Say quietly: “Only calm, kind energy may enter here.”
2. Dip two fingers into the water. If using salt, dissolve a tiny pinch first.
3. Trace a small clockwise circle in the air just above the threshold, then tap the centre once with your wet fingers.
4. Turn to face in (towards your hallway) and say: “Inside this home, peace is kept.”
5. (Optional) Lightly wipe the door handle and mat with the cloth. Shake the cloth outside to release what you’ve lifted.
6. Finish with a grateful nod or a simple “Thank you.” Close the door gently.
