How to Developing Astral Projection Ability:
How it Works

Before performing any training for Astral Projection, it's important to "warm-up" your imagination, as you would warm-up your body before starting an exercise routine.

Preparation

When starting developing Astral Projection ability, begin by going to a quiet place at a time when you won’t be disturbed and get into a comfortable position.  Relax, close your eyes, and start to breathe deeply.  Every time you exhale let all your stress be released in that breath, and see it drift away in your mind’s eye.  Imagine a place of peace and that you are there.  Perhaps sitting on the banks of a small stream in a sun bathed wood.  It could be a garden where you once visited and which filled you with a feeling of peace and tranquillity.  Try to get to that place in your mind where you felt relaxed and at peace with the world.  If you can't think of a place, create that place in your mind, and revisit it in this quiet place.

Spend some time in this tranquil place, and listen.  Don’t ask questions, simply let answers come to you.  Some answers will be to questions you had not thought of.  Some answers will end a long-standing uncertainty.  Answers may come to you immediately, or they may come later, when you least expect them.

First Astral Projection Exercise

Relax in any room in your house.  Close your eyes and in your mind examine every detail of the room that you are in.

"See" the decoration, the ornaments, the furniture, the pictures.

"Walk" around in your mind as you sit there. Spend a good five minutes in "walking" around in that room.  Next, open your eyes and actually walk around in that room, following the path you followed in your mind previously, examining every detail you imagined.

See how well you were able to imagine and remember everything in the room and how accurate you were in picturing its contents.

Second Astral Projection Exercise

Again, sit down and relax in the same room in your house.

This time, close your eyes, relax, and imagine that you are in a different room.  In your mind examine every detail of that room, the layout of the furniture, the ornaments and decorations in the room, any pictures on the wall.

Spend a good five minutes in that different room.  After your mind has been in that room, go into it physically and examine it.  See how well you were able to imagine being in the room and how accurate you were in picturing its layout and it's contents.

Third Progression for Astral Projection

Leave the room and perform the exercise again.  this time don’t go back into the room straight afterwards this time.

Repeat the exercise for other rooms in your house, trying to recall perfectly the details of the room and objects within it.

Develop your imagination further by repeating the exercise for other places you have been, other houses, work places, houses you have previously lived in, both recently and in the more distant past.

The Final Progression for Astral Progression

There are no hard and fast rules that will tell you that you are ready for the next final stage of Astral Projection. When you are ready, you will know.

Be prepared though, because the process will not be quick and will take some time to acquire this amazing skill. You can help things by developing your innate Psychic Ability.

For the final stage you need to take a leap of consciousness, and go beyond your imagination and memory of familiar places to visit unfamiliar places as far as the other side of the world.
