The Solar Plexus Chakra is located at the centre of the body. The colour Yellow is linked with the Solar Plexus Chakra. This Chakra ensures a balance between the mind and emotions. A balanced Solar Plexus Chakra allows a person to understand aspects of their emotional life, their personality and their sense of belonging. The Crystal Citrine can aid the Solar Plexus Chakra and is used to help the digestive system and assisting treatment of digestive disorders. It also opens the conscious mind to intuition and allows psychic abilities to be enhanced. It is good for assisting with adjusting to the process of change and helps you feel confident and secure. Spiritually The lesson of this Chakra is to accept your place in the bigger scheme of things. Problems associated with this Chakra if it is blocked are stomach ulcers, diabetes, pancreatic problems, indigestion, anorexia or bulimia, hepatitis, cirrhosis, adrenal imbalances or colon diseases.
