Clairaudience
The Psychic ability of clairaudience literally means 'clear hearing'. Clairaudience is just one of a range of psychic abilities. It is the psychic ability to hear words and sounds coming from the Spirit realm from Spirit guides, angels, passed loved ones etc. that are inaudible within the normal hearing range. Of all the range of psychic abilities Clairaudience is the most widely experienced. Many people claim to hear voices in their head, which is often explained as some form of mental illness. This of course, can be the case but a true Psychic will hear voices and sounds from the Spirit realm. A Psychic who possesses clairaudience is named a clairaudient. A practising Psychic clairaudient will hear messages from Spirit and relay them to a sitter. The Psychic clairaudient receiving messages from Spirit 'hears' the messages in their mind. These messages can be clear spoken words or music or other sounds. Clairaudience should not be confused with intuition or your inner voice. We all hear our inner voice guiding us but this is not the same as clairaudience. When developing Psychic abilities and in particular clairaudience it is important to discern between your inner voice and sounds from Spirit. This skill comes with plenty of practice. One of the easiest ways to practice the Psychic ability of clairaudience is to dismiss any words you hear, which may or may not be from Spirit but concentrate on sounds. These can be sounds that sound incredibly real but cannot feasibly happen. For example if you are visiting an historic site, listen for sounds coming from that era. If you are thinking of a passed loved one listen for music or vibrations that are relevant to them. If you are holding an object connected with someone that has passed listen for any sounds other than voices. Clairaudience can be very testing to begin with but with practice you should be able to recognise and discern an array of sounds before moving on to receiving messages from voices. Your inner voice, the voices from Spirit and noisy chatter may at first blend into one big noise but with concentration, relaxation and focus you can soon block out irrelevant noise.
