The Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. The colour Red is linked with the Root Chakra. A balanced Root Chakra allows a person to fully use their life energy, physical strength and vitality. The Red Jasper crystal can aid the Root Chakra and assists in healing by maintaining positive movement with all types of disorders and diseases. As it is both energising and activating it is good for stimulating the circulation and the energy flow. It helps the immune system and can help with detoxification and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Spiritually The lesson of this Chakra is to be aware of the material world.
