Just Dance....it'll be O.K

In 2007, after a lot of debating, my children and I moved back to our home town. I was keeping dream journals for direction. One night during the third week in January, I had a dream of my cousin, laying a casket. He had been murdered. I was not close enough to the casket to see his face clearly, but from what I could recognize, it appeared to be my cousin Sundance. I woke up feeling really confused and sad. I talked on the phone to my older brother about it the following day, and he said that meant Sundance would live a long time.
I had tucked the journals away in a box and didn't think too much about it.
In January this year I had the name Jon...Jon... popping into my head over and over. I also started thinking about an old friend of mine named Duane out of the blue, remembering good times and laughing.
I woke up on January 9th feeling like I was beaten up. My head felt bruised, my ribs ached as if someone had been punching me, and my arms felt like they were bruised too. But there were no bruises.
I got a call from my cousin Candace on January 19th. She was catching up with me and asked if I heard what Happened to Duane on Saturday. I replied " who is Duane?"
She replied " Jon Jon"... ( his nick name)
I said "no, what's up?"
"He was beaten badly in Brandon Saturday."
I asked if he was in the hospital and she didn't reply...
I said "Candy.. is he still alive...? "
she started crying and said " someone Beat Jon Jon to death... I'm sorry..."
All I said was " no...no...no...not Jon Jon... please not Jon Jon..." Thinking it was a case of mistaken identity.. .but I saw the group with his picture...
I started looking at pictures added by friends of Duane and just inhaled so deep and stopped, shocked to see images of him when he was 18 or 19 years old. He looked almost EXACTLY like my cousin Sundance. Then I went to his profile. His "about me" quote read "just dance...it'll be O.K."
I dreamed about my cousin Duane's death 3 years to the day before it happened. It turned out to be a case of mistaken identity after all. I hadn't seen Duane in person since he was a baby. I was not aware he looked so much like Sundance...
This story continues.. but I will share another day.
