Insect/ Butterfly Dream

In my dream I'm looking in the mirror at a pimple on my face, as I went to touch it, it broke open and a larvae came out. I took it off and put it down on the bathroom sink then looked at my face, it was clear nothing there, looking down to where I'd put the larvae it had changed into some sort of insect/butterfly. Can anyone interpret this dream as it was very vivid if confusing!

I would say that your dream indicates underlying worries and concerns about the ageing process. The dramatic changes from larvae to butterfly reflect the changes you fear in your own appearance as you get older. This is very natural for women because of the pressure to look forever young. Don't worry about this dream and certainly do not worry about your appearance as you age. Embrace the changes, because as each day passes you become not only older but wiser too.
