Think of each of these essential oils as genies in a bottle, ready to bring you anything you wish. I consider the herbs used in aromatherapy to be spirit helpers. Ready to help you to remove blockages that impede you from your spiritual, emotional and physical health.

**Before you begin - make sure you are not allergic or sensitive to any of the oils**

If you live with any animals - check with your vet to make sure that what you use is not toxic to them.

Base Oil

When you wish to make a mixture of oils for magical purposes - it is usually smart to use a base oil so that if applied to the skin - your skin will not have an adverse reaction to oil. As always - be smart and read up on the essential oil first to see if it can be applied to skin.

Use 1/8 cup per mixture of any of the following as a base oil:

Soybean
Almond
Apricot Kernel
Coconut
Grapeseed
Hazelnut
Jojoba
Olive
Palm
Safflower
Sunflower

* Jojoba as it is actually a liquid wax and not oil so it does not get rancid.

Storage

Store away from all heat, light and moisture. DO NOT STORE IN THE BATHROOM. Place in airtight, dark-colored glass bottles and label for use.

The best essential oils to use for Money Spells are as follows: Bergamot, Mint, Cinnamon, Ginger, Lemon Balm, Nutmeg, Oak Moss, Patchouli, Tonka, and Vetivert.

Legal Spells

The best essential oils to use for Legal Spells are as follows Galangal, Marigold, and Carnation

Love Spells

Oils which SHOULD NOT BE USED DURING PREGNANCY include, but are not restricted to: basil, clove, cinnamon, fennel, hyssop, juniper, marjoram, myrrh, peppermint, rosemary, sage, and white thyme.

Oils which SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR STEAM FACIALS include, but are not restricted to: bay, clary sage, ginger, juniper, pine, and tea tree.

Oils which are PHOTOSYNTHESIZING include, but are not restricted to: lemon, bergamot, lime, and orange. Do not go out into the sun for at least two hours after applying these oils to your skin.
